Yanlord Raffles City East​

Yanlord Raffles City East， is a premier high-end residential complex in Wuxi, marking Yanlord’s entry into the city with a commitment to setting new standards of quality, craftsmanship, and excellence. This extensive development features 867 apartments across 17 high-rise buildings, each ranging from 22 to 28 stories.

For this large-scale project, we supplied and installed a wide array of interior elements, including all internal doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and wall paneling. Given the expansive space, we incorporated wood finishes in subtle gray-brown tones, lending a sophisticated and timeless appeal to each apartment. In the open kitchens, we used light-colored veneers, creating a warm and practical aesthetic that perfectly complements the overall design. These finishes were chosen with durability and style in mind, ensuring a welcoming yet functional space that aligns with the project’s high standards. 

These choices of materials and finishes aligns seamlessly with the development’s modern, functional design and enhances the aesthetic harmony throughout the units, creating a refined living environment ideal for contemporary residents.
