Wuhan Chengjian & Sunac Yue Lake Bay is a high-end residential complex developed by Wuhan Urban Construction Group and Sunac China, located in Shaoxing, Zhejiang. This extensive development includes 21 buildings, each standing 30 stories tall, totaling 2,119 apartments. For this project, we supplied and installed a range of interior elements to create a refined and spacious atmosphere.
The light color palette throughout the residences brings a sense of openness and brightness. In the living rooms, we incorporated a matte-finish, light beige wall paneling that is both visually expansive and sophisticated to the touch. The kitchens are fitted with sleek, high-gloss, light beige UV-coated cabinet doors featuring concealed handles that align with contemporary home design trends.
The study rooms include beautifully designed gray cabinets and desks, creating a calm and inspiring workspace. Interior doors and TV cabinets are accented with silver aluminum inserts, adding a modern yet subtle elegance to the overall design. This combination of textures and tones delivers a modern, understated luxury that caters to the preferences of today’s discerning residents.
